The purpose of a Travel Management Program is to provide efficient, cost effective travel products and services to assist the University of Alberta in their quest to be recognized as one of the top teaching and research institutions in the world.
Our role is to negotiate preferred rates with travel suppliers, provide effective and efficient travel booking tools, offer a reliable travel and expense reimbursement systems, provide on-going training and to field questions pertaining to travel policy and procedures for all University travelers and stakeholders.
