Hotel Accommodations

Hotels listed in this section participate in the U of A "HAP" (Hotel Authorization Payment) Program

New for 2012: Accommodation Partners Edmonton and around Alberta, Calgary South, Airport & Downtown, PLUS Montreal, Ottawa, Toronto, Vancouver, Victoria, Regina, Winnipeg and the Yukon.

The facilities in this section have contracted with the University of Alberta to provide accommodation as indicated at the rates noted.  All rates are per night and are EXCLUSIVE of convention or conference rates that are established by conference/convention organizers.

The rates are valid through January 1, 2012 to December 30, 2012, unless otherwise stated. Room rates do not include taxes. All reservation inquiries are subject to availability.  Note rates may vary for single or double occupancy.

For further information regarding the booking of these facilities, contact the Travel Section of Supply Management Services, 780.492.3275.  Hotels are obliged only to offer these rates if the HAP form is used; however, some hotels offer discounted rates when a credit card is used for those travelling on University business.
